Nokya Arctic White or PIAA Super Plasma FX
I'm looking for an H4 bulbs for my sister's 2002 Honda Civic EX coupe. She wants something bluish white but more bluish than white, she prefers. Some people told me to get the Nokya Arctic White bulbs but some told me that the PIAA Super Plasma FX is better.
Any suggestions or opinions? Thanks a lot guys.

Keep in mind that both bulbs will be horrible in terms of light output. I would rather she get some FMVSS108-compliant "blue" bulbs (Cool Blue, Super Blue, etc) that are comparable to PIAA Super White (around 3500-3800K).
WalMart sells a pair of 9003 Super Blues for $17.86! 9003 is the official light bulb size...H4 is a motorcycle bulb designation, but they are basically the same thing.

Thanks for your reply. Well, currently she's using the Phillips Blue Vision for her car's headlights. She said that the bulbs are better than the factory bulbs because it has longer range of beam but she said that it looks too much like factory bulbs though. Are you saying that those 2 bulbs won't have a long range as the factory or the Phillips Blue Vision. She paid $20 for a pair of Phillips Blue Vision at local auto parts store.
