I have a 94 db7 with a b20 vtec and i'm planning on getting bigger injectors and a new fuel rail. Has anyone ever heard of bdl industries and their fuel rail and where can i get some injectors more than 310

I'm not sure why you're getting larger injectors, but 310cc's aren't too large. Make sure you get it tuned to match the increased fuel volume. As for the new rail, there is NO point for that. The stock rail will flow enough fuel to make ~500+whp. Unless you're doing it for the 'WOW' factor, there is no reason

 

The fuel rail was with a package deal so it was basically coming for free
