Pirelli P7000 SuperSport or Kumho 712
Pirelli P7000 SuperSport or Kumho 712
Tires will be used mainly for street driving; looking for something that performs well in both dry and wet weather. I can get either one for the same price, which would be better?

james, look into the new yokohama avs es100s.....there was a review on this board and it sounds pretty good, $1 more than the kumho 712s. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=241870

Kumho's rock in the rain... same can't be said for its dry handling. (but, it's better than stock GS-R tires [michelin XG-VT or whatever])
I don't know where you're from, but if it doesn't rain too much, then get Falken Azenis... as long as you don't mind changing tires every 15,000 miles.

P7000s are not too shabby, they don't hold a candle to some of the newer stuff out there but they're pretty cheap now. They kick *** in the rain, especially new....and they wear decently well. I have 215/40 16s on my R and they're reasonable, the SuperSport version (all-season) i have heard suck hard, the summer version are what I have and they're OK. If you want all-season tho, look elsewhere.
