Can someone tell me what this piece is called or find me a part # for it? 2007 Civic Si sedan.

Best picture I could find, borrowed from another forum. It's the piece under the steering wheel with the little cubby hole in it....

 

it's probably called a lower steering garnish, and chance's are there is a part number on the back, that number would look something like the following 12345-SNA-A02ZA, not those exact numbers, but close enough to give you a clue.
