Hi, i am in the market to try and see how much money and effort there is in a swap 4 my car.
I have searched on here and no clear answers that i am looking for..
1. Can i put a 99 si b16 tranny in my ls, and what ecu do i need if i stay non v-tec?
2. do i have to change any sensors or just the ecu?
3. am i gonna be able to save money doing a 5 speed swap rather than putting a turbo in?

1. Yes trans will bolt up, You can run your stock non vtec ecu or switch to a manual non vtec ecu
2. Don't Know
3. Yes, If you go turbo on the stock auto transmission you will end up killing it.
