I'm posting because I've been trying to install these turnsignal lights for my side mirrors, and I can't seem to figure out which color my left and right turnsignal wires are.

I have a 97 honda accord ex 4 cyl. In the manual it says the left turn signal is green blue and the right is green yellow. I've tried to hook up the wires to these particular wires in my door seem and they don't seem to work. And I am using the black ground cable also located in the seem for the ground. Please let me know what wires I should be using, and which side the wires are on.

the colors of the wires make me think these are ground wires. I am not sure how turn signals work though so I cant tell you. Why dont you do something easy and connect the wires to the wires that connect to the bulbs in the bumper or corner lamps?

 

I'm worried that it will be very difficult running the wire all the way from the back of the car up to the door mirrors. What are your thoughts on the idea???

Run them from the front lights.
