FYI, having carb legal i/h/e is half the battle...If you have an Acura engine in your Civic, any carb legal CAI or header must be for the same motor. I learned this and argued about it with a state referee when he asked me to remove my AEM CAI thats made for a Civic because I have an Acura motor. I somehow put the stock airbox using a GSR intake arm to make it look stock and had it rechecked. Put the CAI back on after I passed, hehehe

from what ive seen.....some cops dont give a rats *** if the parts are carb legal or not....if they wanna mess with you they'll send you to the ref no matter what you say....if you get carb legal parts...make sure you bring the papers along with you to save yourself a trip to the ref

Man you guys get rocked on. In BC we go through smog once a year, and they don't care about noise when you go. you could run a chevy V8 under there for all they know, as long as it passes stock emissions They don't even pop the hood.
