Ok guys im stumped and I searched, as the title says. So check this out, my trans is leaking bad like too bad to drive bad. Worse is that its in front of the clutch(like throw out bearing side), not behind so no its not the main bearing, its trans fluid not engine oil. What could it be !

 

Mainshaft seal. Replace the ISB and seal. Replace the clutch if it has fluid on it.

 

Hey man thanks alot, I got to work this morning ( im real honda tech) and my buddies and I was talking(cuz were so busy lol ) they were like uuhh yea main shaft seal and main shaft bearing and I was like OMG DUH! It also fits driving 20 + RAA KNOCK KNOCK push clutch noise gone. Yea I think you and us hit the nail on the head, good diag man, thanks again.

Hey guys...So I need a mainshaft bearing and seal but i have a b16 cable trans will a ls cable trans bearing and seal work. I looked in the ACURA/HONDA parts crossref. guide at work but of coarse the b16 cable wasn't ever produced in the state's. Also is the b17 gsr the same as the non lsd cable b16? O yea lastly to cut all the BS anyone have the part numbers for both main/input shaft bearing and seal.
