it is possible. is it worth it.. depends on what your doing. can you afford to add another grand on top of all that to switch over???

what are your plans with the car.. is it that important to you to switch?

all up to you. i am building my auto accord. i ll have the h22 in it in a few weeks and i ll have some bolt and add ons.. too. i ll try and hit the 1/8th mile track we have here and get some kind of times.. so you 'll see what i am running and then think what you want ?? i want to say that big james ran somethign like a 14.7 with his auto? before n2o and other stuff.. depends all on you bud

 

I already have a 92' civic Si 5Spd. that Im probaly either going to trade for a CX and use it as just a fast weekend car Hybrid or sell it and buy another one later on.

Right now I just want something Auto, A/C, Leather, Sound System, 4Dr.I drive 70 miles a day Highway and sometimes traffic so I need something Auto and Comfy.I want something somewhat quick.Im still considering the 97' Maxima SE but I cant get over how bulky the cars lines are and they just feel cheap(er) than the accord.

I saw that one guy on here even though he probaly spent a bunch of money has a 4Dr Auto H22A Turbo Accord.

Is there a upgrade for the Auto. Tranny?The maximas Auto I heard is really sluggish and they have this $450. mod that you build into your Tranny that makes it shift alot quicker.They said every shift is perfect faster than a Manual.

The JDM H22 autos are actually pretty decent. In heavy EX accord expect to run about 15.1-15.3 or so in the 1/4. The 5sp can get you 14s if you can drive. I got 5sp along with my H22 and personally why spend on that money just to be auto. Then again if this is your commuter car and you already have a fun car auto is cool too.
