ITR lsd in ls trans!?!

Default ITR lsd in ls trans!?!

I have an ls trans which as we all know it does not have lsd in it, i am wanting to put an itr lsd in the ls trans, what all would i have to swap? would i just have to change the differential or would i have to change the ring gear out? any help or info would be appreciatave!!! thanks!!

Differential and a matched ITR or GSR ring gear/counter shaft.

i have a 92 LS with that. just hit up a type r forum and look for someone selling a 4.4 shaft/ring. i found one in less than a week that way. although that was 6 years ago..

I tried that and you need to break off all the strengthening ribs to get the diff to fit into the case. not a good idea.
