He's a local, he owes me some $$$$ or some turbo parts I paid him for a while back and he seems to be ghost and disconnected his phone. Messaged me saying he's going to pay me back but once again, I've yet to hear from him for the past week. Pretty stupid thing to do when I know A LOT of information about him.
