Default is anyone running the BF Goodrich G-forces

i work at big o tires and i was talking to my boss the other day about buying some tires for my 95 prelude si. And he was saying that one of the best tires that we can order from our work (cause i get a discount) were the BF Goodrich g-forces. i was wondering if anyone was using these tires right now and how good they perform. thanks.

I had the G-Force KDWs on my 2002 Z28 Camaro, and they handled great.

The G-Force KD is one of the stickiest street tires you can own.....Watch out though, they aren't cheap.
I use the Drag Radials as well......Awesome.

i was not a big fan of the bfg gforce sports that i had on my prelude, i have a 94 prelude vtec and i had 215-50-15 for my car and i was impressed with the traction at the beginning but after the tires were put through very little heat cycles they turned rather hard and traction was horrible. so i took them off and now am only using them on the back until all four are worn out.

also i do a lot of drag racing so traction is a big deal.

azenis rt615's have a better tread rating. Get those Or some RE11's. RE11's are the closest you can get before you have an illegal tire. They do not overheat after 10 minutes like the azenis do. They just get grippier the longer you drive them (or so it seems).

I can attest that Azenis overheat......I eat them alive on the roadcourse. Have ruined a pair in 50 miles. They heat up fast though....
Never tried the Bridgestones......My Nationals friend uses them on his Pro STS Civic
I think general consensus is the KDW is a great tire for the money.
The newer Dunlops rock too......

Pretty sure the OP only has BFG as an option though.......Be sure you buy the right tires though. Don't buy Summers if you plan to use them in Winter etc...I was noticing that my Hankook RS2s on the TEG aren't feeling too great in the cold rain......I hate Chicago!

I love my G-force KDW 2's. Seem to be lasting decent as well.
