My car has started making a slight intermittent scraping noise which I haven't tracked down yet... I'm thinking it's a wheel bearing going bad... or some plastic shield rubbing on something I can't find... It's on the LH side, comes and goes always short scrap scrap then it stops, come back a min later... not loud just slight... Any idea's? A/C clutch? gonna try turning A/C on next time I hear it...

 

bearings on your pulleys, maybe?
