would 17x7.5 +45 17x8+48 fit the 8th gen?

i have a set of white rota torques im selling and im wondering if i should post them in the 8th gen for sale thread.

i want 18x8 +38 CE28N and go with Tein Mono Flex coilovers , S2 rear camber kit, Ingalls front camber kit, Cusco jp. F&R sway bars, CorSport v2 Adjustable Endlinks, CorSport Rear Sway Bar Strengthening Brackets, Buddy Club Racing Extended Ball Joint and hopefully the wheels will fit
