power steering hose replacement

anyone replace a power steering hose on a 96-00 civic the fitting that attaches the hose to the rack seems impossible to get to any ideas ?

use some pliers and try to twist it back and forth

i cant even get soen needle nose up there lol and turn them theres like no room to move
