Default short circuit in 95 teggy

recently i posted i had no power in the teggy. well i replaced the pgm-fi main relay under the dash and it got power. i went to go start it and heard the starter kick once and then power was lost.

I checked for shorts and found that i have a short from negative to positive somewhere. I have checked everything, looked for stripped wires or anything that was bare touching metal.

I even measured voltages and everything checks out. What is weird that I have found out is I am getting positive voltage at the grounding point where the brown wires get grounded at the thermostat housing. Like 9 volts. WTF!!!

I know there has to be a short from neg. to positive somewhere but im out of ideas. Let me know what else you guys might think it is.

Btw the car is dead meaning i cant even turn on my headlights, no interior lights work, the beeping sound when you put the key on dont even come no anymore. Help me out here. Im STUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
