I own a 09 FA5 and i put on some eibach lowering springs i believe it was the pro kit and i notice my passenger rear is much lower than the driver rear can anyone tell me why it sits like that. Some people have said its because my shock is going out, I dunno any input will be helpful thanks.

 

i doubt your shock is gonna be blown already on your 09.
i just got my tein basics and before i had eibach sportlines since january
and my oem shocks aren't blown.

how long ago did you put the springs on?

 

Is the difference significant?? Pictures so we know what we're dealing with?

I have the Eibach Sportlines, the car was a little lopsided at first, once it settled it settled evenly. If it really bugs you, then check out the installation, there might be something off under there, or they could just be settling at a different rate.

I would really like to see pics of the car. I just installed some free wheels and now need a drop. Can't deside from the pro or sportline springs. Don't want to run a camber kit at this point of the game. Thanks.

 

for what it's worth, a suspension might settle after installation, but the Eibach springs themselves don't settle. they might settle in the perches, or something, but the actual springs are block set twice at the factory so you won't have any undo settling. unfort eibach can't do anything about the settling of the actual suspension mechanicals. to me something doesn't sound right if you have only one corner much different than the rest. i would check the installation to assure that you have the right seating, etc.

also, i LOVE eibach springs; i get a pro-kit for any car i own, if applicable. they are compatible with OE dampers and rarely take the suspension too far out of spec re: camber, etc. that doesn't mean that it shouldn't be checked.
