Ok so i just swapped a 95 b18b into an ek coupe. The car starts and idles for about 3 seconds then idles really rough and shuts off. Cleaned IACV and the cel is now off. The only code i am throwing is 41 which is oxygen sensor. Any ideas why it wont idle?

The timing is on point. Runs fine when revved up.
