I have a 1997 Integra GSR, 160k miles. I just bought the car from a friend and it has a hard time starting up. I have to crank it for awhile and try a few times to get it started. But once I get it started, if I turn it off, and try to start it again, it will start easier. The car also stalls or "bogs" down when I gas it all the way. It feels like it wants to die. So far I have tried:
new NGK spark plugs
new spark plug wires
new battery
The car does not have a CEL. Any input would be appreciated, thanks!

I would check your timing first (it's easy), should be 16 +/- 2 BTDC but check your manual to make sure. Sounds like a fuel/air ratio problem - so could be a variety of things. O2 sensor, ECU. Maybe check your distributor; coil, ignitor, etc.

I am using a jdm p72 ecu. I'm not sure if that could be causing the problem. The original usdm p72 got stolen. But I'll check the timing. Thanks
my last integra had issues starting sometimes, it was due to main switch reply though..i took it in for a diagnosis...
the bogging issue though, my new GSR has issues to and i'm still working on that one....sigh. . . .
