Whats up fellas....I been out of the game for a little while but I just picked up a red 98 GSR from a Asian guy in Austin, TX that really had no clue on what he was selling. All he could tell me is what the guy he bought it from told him. No receipts, no paperwork, but supposedly it was built with cams and ITR internals. Runs good and pulls pretty strong but I was wondering if anyone has seen or knows anything about this car?????????? Was previously owned by dude named Alberto and has had work done at VTECNICIANS. I called them and they didnt know anything about the internal work. Id post pix if I knew how but if anyone knows anything bout this car Id really appreciate it. I juss would like to know what was done to it for future reference....to help me diagnose if ever there is any problems......car runs great and I really like it.......any help is great!

 

don't take anyone's word on it, pull the engine apart and see for yourself. The internals will have certain identifying marks on them

 

yea, thats what i figured i would have to do.......dammit......haha how far would I hqave to tear it apart? I mean do you think its really necessary? how bout the cams, I can juss pull of the valve cover and look for something right?
