Default Subs to a 94 del sol stock radio?

Before I take my whole center console and everything out, I was wondering if you could hook an amp and subs to a 94 del sol si stock radio. Just want to know if I have to go buy another one or I can just do it now. Thanks!

You can either buy a kit to convert stereo signal to RCA jacks, but you would still need to remove the stereo.

Or you can run the signal off the speakers into an RCA jack.

But honestly, I would just run an aftermarket stereo. Its not hard to install. Unless you are going for the OEM look for security reasons.
