2000 Accord CEL diagnosis
I want to see what CEL my Accord is having but I do not see any service connector under the dash or behind the passenger kick panel. I wanted to do the paperclip jumper thing. Where is the service connecor located on a 2000 Accord v6?
Do at your own risk!

I actually recommend an OBD-II code reader, the lower price ones can only retrieve and erase the code, unlike other scan tools that can do more. They are like only $30-$60 at Walmart, Kragen, etc.,

that link for the DIY paper clip trick shows jumping pin #4 and #9 in an RSX. the accord should be #8 and #13. just checked an '01 accord that way yesterday.

i don't see why there would be a difference in the service connector between an '01 4cyl and a '00 V6, but i can't guarantee it 100%. it's good that you question it, i could imagine jumping the wrong pins could do some damage...
hopefully one of the V6 guys can confirm for you.
