I recently bought a jdm h22a, and I plan on rebuilding it and putting it in my 97 prelude. With that said I will have a good and running h22a4, so my question is, what would be a fair price for this h22a4 when I do eventually sell it? Oh, and the engine has 150,000 miles on it, and runs strong.

You can't ask questions like "How much would I get if I sell ?" Number of factors play into what the sale price would be. With that said, if I was shopping for a 5th Gen Prelude, I would not buy one with a swap because I don't know exactly how many miles on the motor, or how carefully the engine was installed, and if the engine was installed properly. I would rather buy the motor and install myself into a shell. $ 200 for the head, $ 100 for the block. I would not pay more than $ 300 total for a 150k h22a4.

But, you can not ask questions like these.

 

Look in the classifieds and base your price of market value.
