Default Car idle at 3.5k at cold start or warmed up(SOLVED)

Hey I just fixed my timing and my car runs. And heres the issue. My car idles at 3.5 k when engine is cold or warm. Still before I had my timing done it still idled that way. And a friend of mine said that the fuel pressure regulator has a bad gasket and its sucking in air wich causes that rough idle. Any thoughts? I think I have the blox FPR like the one passwordjdm offers.

Adjusting because it was thrown off well I messed with it and got it fixed up and that idling is just way off . It burned like almost 1/5 of the tank at one trip to work. Wich also means its running rich maybe? Or what can it be?

Hey guys I didn't go for the IACV. Because first I did a little research and here's the details you know that inside the throttle body there's two holes sucking in air well the top one is the IACV and the bottom the FITV. If you cover up the top hole which is the IACV and your idle goes to normal your IACV is bad you need to clean it, and the with the FITV if you cover up the hole and your idle goes to normal then your FITV is loose all you have to do is under the throttle body where the FITV is. you remove three bolts and two tubes. then you take it apart, clean it then screw the center part in. assemble it back and Wah LAh! turn on your engine and your idle should be normal and not 3.5k. BTW you guys are great always there to help. thanks!
