How do I remove the window seal so I can replace it

 

mines gettin like that too... it sucks

 

that piece there is pretty expensive... you could remove it by being very careful and prying it up there is like 7 clips on it but first get inside the car and take out the tweeter in the corner and then remove the nuts that hold the mirror on then proceed from there. its almost impossible to remove without breaking at least 1 clip. but they pry directly up. they are those dang clips that when you push thru they expand
