Windows moving slowly....
I know this topic had already come up but there wasnt too much feedback about it. My windows move up really slowly and they dont move down as fast as they should either. It seems like the best things for that are the lithium grease and the tri flow teflon based spray. Do they both work effecttively? Where can I get some of that from? Also, how much should be used and what needs to be sprayed beside the track, anything?
Could this problem also be worn down motor mounts? My car has 90k on it so I would be surprised if it were but any suggestions? Thanks!

Probably a few reasons for this:
1) small lightweight window motors that don't have a lot of power to begin with (probably done on purpose for weight reasons)
2) a weak alternator that supplies only nominal power to accessories (this tendency is found in all Honda cars)
3) a weak small battery - a Type R exclusive
Correct the above and your windows will operate more quickly.
I say if they still move the windows - leave them be.

Use Honda/acura Silicone spray.. works wonders.

If it still moves slowly, then more than likely something is binding making the iwndow go slowly and the motor working harder than before.

That's kinda fishy. My window goes up slowly as well. I think I notice it mostly on the passenger side of my car. OH by the way I drive a 2000 GS-R. I rode in my friend's 95 GS-R and they were pretty speedy on the roll up. It doesn't bother me though, just thought I'd say I can relate.
the recall was for window motors that were making some kind of noise if i remember right
like a clunking noise when u first start rolling up/down, which mine has, i just never cared.
