Default 1999 Accord EX Audio in Connection
without tearing my dash apart, can anyone tell me if the stock radio on my 1999 Accord EX has an audio in connection in order to hook up my Xm radio to?

I don't believe so. There is a bus connection available to add a cd player, refer to installation instructions for the in-dash 6 disk cd changer at the following link:
