Is it a steering wheel shake? If so, check your wheel balance. It's the most common problem.
It's normal to have a little play on the axle.
The only difference from abs and non-abs is the abs ring. That shouldn't cause a shake.

The non abs axel will not cause any drivability issue, and yes the axel is gunna have some play as you described. My first suggestion would to go and get all four tires balanced you could even have a broken belt or a seperated tire. Id start there cause an unbalanced tire will definetly cause a high speed vibration. do you have any after market suspention work done to the car?? keep us posted after the balance

if you are using aftermarket wheels, you're going to need hubcentric rings.

Do you have a JDM motor and trans. swap and are using US axels? Most likely that could be a problem.
You also should be replacing axels for the same year and model Integra..there are different part numbers.
If you replaced your axels your self, you may not have seating the axel shaft all the way. Try this...Raise your car on one end and try to rotate the wheel. the other wheel should be left on ground. if it rotates you may have a problem...do this for the other side, too.
If you use aftermarket axels, most often the rubber balancer may not be included. Remanufacturers for some reason don't keep the old balancer in place.
If you have a stock motor and trans, you may want to order new OEM's from the dealer. I did buy a passenger side one from Auto Zone...it works just fine without the balancer..I've taken mine past 100mph with only a gentle slight, slight vibration. and its quiet when braking as well. Also be sure that if your driver side shaft half shaft is mounted tightly in place and that the axel is pushed in correctly. You may have to get dirty with all this, but its piece of mind.

SORRY FOR LONG READ.
