Um, I don't know. I know that they fit DC/EG, my gut-reaction is that they aren't going to fit on an EM1.
But I really only know the DC chassis. You might want to throw the question on the civic forum and see if they can get you a for sure answer.
Edit: I just talked to my buddy, he said he THINKS that this set-up will fit an EM1 with spacers on the rear forks. However I must STRESS that you make sure from someone in the know about these things. I would hate for anyone to buy this stuff and then find out that they won't work on the car they have.
The coilovers are part number: 517-05-0720
If you need the part number for the shocks just let me know.
