Aftermarket equipment hp

Does anybody know the true hp gain if u install headers, full cat back exhaust system, and cold air intake on a b18c1? I hear about 10hp for headers, 3hp for cold air intake, and 5hp for cat back system.....the numbers seem a bit high.

1. This is the appearance and cosmetic forum.. 2. these mods will yield different gains on every car. 3. Your motor only has one header

4. there are numerous aftermarket companies, with differen't options for each. also different diameters exhausts, and different style header will yield different gains
