hi... i want to grind my my camshaft from my B20A5 and a don't know wich duration and lift i need to have awesome power band between 4000 to 7600 rpm....

gude grind... LIFT - 0.410 and DURATION - 228

web Cam grind ...LIFT 0.415 and DURATION - 232
LIFT 0.418 AND DURATION -242

i don't know whats is the best.... someone have some idea of what a need to have good power band between 4000 - 7600 rpm

and if someone have already done grind is own cam wahts your duration and lift??

and whic spring valve i need whit this grindé....
