Picked up some 155/80R13 snow tires and would like some VX wheels to mount them on.

I've got 4 13" steel wheels/tires that I'd have no use for afterwards if you'd need something to roll a car around on. Two have decent tread, two are pretty far gone.. all are somewhat dry rotted but hold 38psi perfectly.

Not looking to spend a whole lot, I know most people don't like the VX wheels because they don't fit over any decent brake setups, but I don't care about that on my little beater.

Ideally, you'll be close to Elgin/Chicago, but I've got no problem driving for the right deal.
