I buddy of mine tried to hot wire his Integra (cuz he lost his key), i told him its possible but you cant turn the wheel with out the key. When he tried to turn the wheel the ignition was hanging there and grounded to something.

We checked all the fuses and only the ignition fuse (40amp) under the hood was blown. So we changed it and now it wont start. His car is sitting in front of my house and if Code enforcement comes their gonna fine me (too many warnings).

Anyone know what I can check to figure out whats wrong? Its getting spark, fuel pump is priming, I changed the Ignition under the steering wheel, tried a different ECU and now im clueless as to why it wont start.

the damn obd2b has aimmobilizer imma get a obd2b /obd1 jumper and just run a regular LS ecu.
