Does any company out their pre wire. Such as, if i was going to swap an h22a 93 motor being an obd1 for my 97 accord. I want the wiring done already.

 

I've run into some on the web, but %^$# if I can recall the URL.
These involved adapter harnesses for swapping OBD1/2 and 3 systems. I have NOT seen any complete harnesses offered (however).

Perhaps a GOOGLE! search using these parameters might scare something up:
OBD adapter harness
Engine swap Harness
etc.

Rywire can do it. You supply both your Accord harness and an OBD1 Prelude harness for them to work from.
