hi, my 99 civic that i just bought has a cut harness and i was wondering where do these dizzy wires (on the harness / not the dizzy) go to (to the dizzy)? Does anybody have a 99-00 civic dizzy diagram or knows/can check their car? i need some answers!!


ENGINE HARNESS'S PLUG

CKP (+) - Light Blue - ???
CKP (-) - White

CYP (+) - Yellow - ???
CYP (-) - Black - ???

TDC (+) - Green - ???
TDC (-) - Red - ???

RPM - Dark Blue
Dizzy Power - Black / Yellow

I must not be understanding ur question cause my answer is they go to the ecu. R u wanting to know what pins on the ecu they go to?

 

ooo.. no haha my bads for the confusion. im just trying to figure out what the harness's plug's wires connects to the dizzy's plug.

dizzy's plug's wire colors

blue
orange or peach looking
black

green / yellow
blue / white
blue / orange or peach looking

&

black / yellow

what connects to what? HELP!!!

 

Oh ok, they usually match tho. I would strip the tape or whatever back to the point where the other ppl spliced in and then u can match ur colors.

These are the colors I got from the service manual. I'm not sure which colors designate the engine side wires and which designate the OEM distributor side wires. Hope it helps.

 

yea it helps a bit thanks, but it's the engine's side, im going to need the dizzy's side of color's to determine where everything goes..

You could use this to check the pinout for each wire, and see what color the wire is on your car.
