miter turn templates
is there any sites that you can just type in the demensions and angle and it will make a template for you? or is there an easier way to fit tubing together at an angle so there is no gap?

Wrap card stock/paper around one tube and position it at the angle you want it to intersect the other tube. Then just cope the paper in until it fits correctly. Write the diameter and the angle on it and throw in your tool box for the next 35.7* cope you need to do on 8" pipe.
Here you go. It prints out a nice pattern to wrap around the tube.
