Default obd0 - obd1 rywire conversion harness question

ODB0 to ODB1 conversion, motor is a z6 into an ef ( obviously ).. it says to connect the white wire to the knock sensor. z6 doesn't have a knock sensor so do i just connect this wire to the oil pressure switch above the oil filter or just leave it disconnected?
thanks in advance
