ok to start off, its a 89 crx si, it has a 99 b20b, obd0 dizzy obd0 pr4 ecu the whole harness is obd0 stock si, 94 ls manifold, obd0 stock si injectors with resistor box, has spark has fuel, wats wrong here anything missing???? let me kno thanks
Something isn't adding up.
Are you sure you are getting fuel?
Compression and spark are good
... but it runs on carb cleaner.
What about when you try starting it with the butter fly on the throttle body partially open or completely open?

Yeah, somethings not right.
If it runns on external fuel then it means its not geting regular fuel.
How do you know its getting fuel?
PSI gauge? or smell it in the cyl/ on the plugs?

we do have a fuel regulator, and it does have gas, it seems like the injectors are not opening tho. there obd 0 and hooked up with a resistor box they should be good right?? and yea we've tried turning it on with butterfly open wide. were gonna try swapping ecu's, ill let u guys kno wat happens, we just gotta locate another pr4. WILL A STOCK PM6 TURN THE B20 OVER?? WILL IT START AND RUN AT LEAST ALRIGHT??
Have you measured to see if you are getting any voltage to the injectors?
There are two basic types of injectors. Low impedance injectors with a resistance of around 2.5-3 ohms, and high impedance injectors of around 12 ohms. This can easily be measured by a multimeter across the two electrical terminals on the injector clips.
