What are you trying to do exactly?
Do you have an aftermarket hu?
Make/model of hu, speakers, and amp would help

the way i have my wires ran, is under my center consol, through my dash and into the thing that the wires go in to your door, then into my door, it was a pain in the *** but i feel it was worth it.

rears are a peice of cake.
but depending on how many watts your runing oem wire will be fine,
just run new wire and connect it to old at your deck.

yeah take power wire through firewall and depending on the car take it down the doors or center console area, then from there your home free.

you can just run the wires from front to back down the sill panels and it will be fine. No need for the extra work unless you have the time.

Just run the power wire down the door sills and if you want to cut the chance of noise coming through the RCA's run them down the opposite side of the car. Also if unless the wire in the door is missing you can just catch the wire at the kick panels, you don't have to run wire into the door just to replace speakers.
