Default Clueless! trying to finish my new 90 si hatch project. please help!

I just bought a 91 honda civic si hatch with a dohc zc swap for $1700. Its pretty nice but I don't know too much about the engine and its mods so I dont know how to begin to start maintenance. It has adjustable cam gears, an intake, ractive exhaust, and dc headers. I know from jump it has an exhaust leak which I was told was the flex tube and the water pump gasket/water pump needs changing. Other than that its in decent condition. I want to begin maintence and maybe add to the performance a bit but i don't know where to start. Any suggestions? I've been doing research and found I can add an 89integra ecu to give it some kick but I'm afraid to do too much to where nobody knows how to work on it.

fix all the problems 1st, get 2nd opinions about the ecu swap, and look further into what you want to do with the car. is it a dd(daily driver), track car, auto x, or show??

Its a daily driver. I don't want to get crazy but considering the engine is about 130 horses I would like to be around 160-200 horsepower

my best suggestion is to have the head ported, get some cams, and if im right the a6 pistons will fit in your motor. better compression. try and find a decent aftermarket intake manifold. and get it tuned.
