What kind of insurance are you trying to get for it?

It's a Civic, a lot of insurance companies will charge you a premium if you try to get full coverage.. ect.. because it is one the most stolen cars in the nation.

My civic is salvaged, i just got Liability and i am only paying 40$ bi-monthly.

It's a nice Civic for 500, plus it's an SI.

If you do end up tracking it, i will buy your AC.
Is too HAT in CA to not have AC in a Daily Driver

The only reason an insurance company would deny coverage is if you try to get full coverage or comprehensive insurance. There is absolutely no reason for them to deny basic liability coverage. Of course some states require that a salvage title be converted to an R (rebuilt) title in order to register and insure it. Since I don't see any damage in your pics, unless it's in the front end, you should be good to go.

yeah unless your state has weird rules, there shouldnt be an issue because you only need to pay liability. why would you possibly pay comprehensive and collision on a $500 salvaged car anyway?

any company will insure you for liability, regardless of car.

btw, mine is salvaged and im insured only for liability as well.

right off the bat I can tell you can get more than $500 if you part it out for sure! there are some pieces of that car that added together are worth the $500 so if you decide to part it, send me a PM and a picture of the whole dash........I might be your first "contributor" on the $500 goal!! LOL!

well put it this way, i pay 125 for full coverage on both my 97 EJ8 and my swapped 90 CRX. the coupe has 1500 in extra parts coverage and my crx has 2500 in coverage for extra parts. if i were to just get my crx insured i would only pay 300 for 6 months. why an insurance company wouldnt want to take your money is beyond me?
