i am thinking about upgrading intake manifold and throttle body on my current setup.

currently i just have a t3/t4 turbo on my ITR (stock motor) @ 11lbs putting out 340whp.

i currently have on stock ITR manifold and throttle body (68mm or 70mm?) and am wondering if upgrading will give me any significant gains (10+ hp)?

or if anyone knows how much it should help would be great and suggestions on manifold and throttle body would be great as well.

i dont want to go out and spend 500+ dollars for a minimal gain of less than 10hp.
