I sold him a complete set of BRAND NEW Mahle pistons back on November 17, 2009 for $275 shipped and insured which is way below retail. I always check to make sure the buyer has received the product and are happy, which he was. On February 3rd, 2010, I received an email from PayPal saying that the buyer has filed a chargeback with his credit card company saying that the item was damaged on receipt or is significantly not as described. He never contacted me and notified me that anything was wrong. The crazy thing about the whole situation is that he is selling a car with the exact pistons I sold him that were supposedly damaged. Don’t buy or sell anything to this guy, because he is a scammer.

Do not buy from this guy, appearantly the pistons that are in the block thats in the motor in the car for sale are damaged. I sold him the pistons Brand New and almost three months later, he files a chargeback with his CC company. He's a scammer so watch out

Sounds more like he just didnt want to pay his cc co, and didnt think you would hear about it.
