a/c....freon doesnt want to get into the system
Are you trying to put it in the high pressure side? And what exactly are you putting in? The stuff they sell in at your local parts store? 134a is not available to the general public and is what you should be charging your system with.
Alot of shops will do a free a/c check or charge around $19.99 to $29.99 have em check it out and do a diagnostic then just do the work yourself

Is the AC comp on? When the system is near full, sometimes you need to rev it up for the comp to be able to produce an adequate pressure difference.
Actually R-134a is sold at the local parts store. It's R-12 that you couldn't buy and that's obsolete.
Theoretically you should never need to buy refrigerant because it SHOULD NOT leak out of the system. If you need to fill it you probably have a leak somewhere.
its illegal to flush your a/c system if your not a registered auto mechanic in a shop or something like that. i suggest taking it somewhere and having someone recharge your system for you
you just need a 609 license from epa. its better to go to a ac shop and ck it out. tell them to add dye to your system. inspected youre ac lines and look for any wet dirty leakage at line and at condensor. and check to see if youre clutch engages when you on youre ac sw.
