Default chiped ecu help

i bought a h22 swap about 3-4yrs ago and it came with a ecu that had a sticker in the place of the id tag it said efficientecus i think i go to the website but cant find it, and it said h22vtec skunk2 on the cover, when i first tried it vtec wasnt working so i put it aside and used my hondata. present- i swap a h22 into my integra and only have a stock p13 and i cant seem to get my egr to work so i decide to put this chipped ecu runs good no cel but also no vtech i open it up to see if it really was chipped and i noticed that J1 was missing the and r54 was missing the ressistor. my question is if i could remove this chip and put it in my working chipped p28? also from the unknown ecu the chip is diffrent from what i usually see(not many) it has like a open spot in the middle with a little holographic square compare to the all black one. any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.
