gas pedal adjustment?

Hey guys I just bought a 2000 V6 Accord coupe. The accelerator pedal feels quite a bit stiffer than my old accord. Is there a way to adjust this?

check to be sure nothing is binding or getting stuck behind the pedal. try cleaning out the throttle body to help loosen things up. there's not really a "firmness" adjustment..
