car wont start,,just backfires..
setup:lsvtec 85mm low comp.pistons,stock ecu p28/stock injectors/got new vtec harness..need help

Yeah a stock p28 runs a d16z6 and you are trying to run an 85mm LS/Vtec with low comp pistons?
You will need to get a chipped ECU and get a basemap for your setup. No stock ECU will run the motor you have.
