Default Loud Suspension

Car: 4th gen Honda Prelude
Suspension: Koni Yellows, Tein Springs

Whenever I go off a bump, it sounds like world war two in my car, its very loud.
Even if I have the shocks set to soft of firm.
Checked under the car, all bolts are tight, bushings are fine, ball joins are fine, end links are fine, shocks are fine.

It basically rattles everything inside my car.

I'm out of ideas as to what it could be, and thinking just maybe it could be the shocks, even though they were fine when I pulled them out earlier, (was making the noise then also). But i don't want to spend hundreds on a new suspension setup and have the same issue.

Sound is coming from all 4 corners.

Rattles everything and is loud going over bumps, sounds like bottoming out the suspension to me, assuming the loud noise is a "bang" type of sound.

And if it is, no change to the shock setting will help it, as Konis only adjust rebound damping force and not compression damping.

Which Tein springs? Are you just hearing the progressive coils collapsing?

I've bottomed out before, and its not constand bottoming out, because it happens when I go over small bumps also.

Bump stops are in good condition, changed them a few months ago when I pulled out the shocks.
