PCV Valve

I just got my PCV valve from online for my 1999 civic dx, and im wondering where i have to put it exactly, can someone give me step by step instructions on what to do?

Item no 3

You have get under the car for easiest access.

it cant be number 3 because mine is curved for the DX, you guys are probably showing me the EX or Si....
