B18A1 internals
7 psi doesn't mean squat if you don't take into consideration the size of the turbo. how much hp are you looking to make?if its 275 or less then stock parts would be fine. if its greater than 275 then think about upgradings rods, pistons, etc and use arp hardware.
i had a friend who had stock internals and the only thing he did was switch to acl bearings and had the crank rebalanced. but then again i think he was running about 7 or 9 psi. and he ran it like that for about 6 months to about a year before problems(minor) started to become obvious
ok cool im not sure what turbo im getting yet i was just trying to get a idea....and on the arp parts where could i get them and are they pretty expensive?? and im only trying for like maybe 250 275..
heres an idea of how much they cost me: i got my pr3 b16 pistons on ls rods with arp rod bolts for 35 bucks and they only had like 2k miles on them. the gsr head bolts only cost my 65 and they were only used for mock up purposes.

forget that cuz 7 pounds of boosting is a waste of money when u can spend a lil more money on low end part and run 15-20 pounds of boost

outrageous...lol
id try to find a log style manifold, or if you want to spend the money, have a decent one made. my friends over at secret services charge me for something simple starting out at like 350-400 for a custom made one. but thats also supposed to not crack neither. after that, id look for a garret turbo or if you want something that spools fast, id ask a few of the turbo heads over in the forced induction area. as far as injectors go, if you want, you could run the h22 a4 injectors (i think they have they same clips) and get the bov, w/g and the i/c of your choice.

Those turbo manis from ebay (tubular) are prone to cracking so just make sure you are aware of this. If you have the cast one, don't worry they seem to hold well.
